Department of Financial and Banking Sciences
The Department of Financial and Banking Sciences at the College of Administration and Economics, University of Tikrit, was established in the academic year 2010–2011 as one of the main departments of the college. This department is part of the university’s vision to provide distinguished and specialized education in the fields of financial and banking sciences, meeting the needs of the local and regional labor market.
The department aims to equip students with the skills and knowledge necessary to understand and analyze financial and banking operations in a specialized manner, and to apply financial and economic theories and concepts in practical environments. The department offers a Bachelor’s program in Financial and Banking Sciences, where students learn the fundamentals of money and investment management, financial analysis, banking risk management, and other essential topics in the field.
