Administrative Authorities:

1. Assigning and coordinating the work of employees and technicians across all College divisions according to operational requirements, ensuring the College’s interests and needs are met.
2. Issuing orders for appointments and position compensations.
3. Approving regular leaves for technicians, administrative staff, and contractual employees within and outside Iraq.
4. Approving the certification of College staff for administrative and technical personnel.
5. Approving the assignment of College personnel to university-related duties.
6. Approving medical reports for College staff, both inside and outside Iraq, ensuring compliance with regulations and procedures outlined in the Leave System No. (76) of 1959 and its amendments.
7. Overseeing the scientific workflow of the College’s executive heads and coordinating with the College Deanship and departments.
8. Signing approvals for regular leaves, summer vacations, and legally mandated bonuses for eligible College staff.
9. Signing annual increments and promotions for executive and technical employees.
